Privacy Policy

What data we collect

• Account information: Email address, display name, brand name, and language preference when you create an account.
• Uploaded content: Product photos, brand assets, and custom avatar images you upload to the platform.
• Generated outputs: AI-generated images, videos, and scripts created through the service.
• Usage analytics: Pages visited, features used, generation types and frequency, and anonymized interaction patterns. This data is collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Payment data: Payment method details and transaction history are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.

How we use your data

• To provide and maintain the DigitalGrow Studio service.
• To process your generations and deliver outputs.
• To send transactional emails (account notifications, generation status, billing).
• To improve our AI models and product — only if you have opted in to share anonymized usage data.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service providers

We work with trusted providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, analytics, and AI generation. Each provider is used only where needed to run the service, secure accounts, process payments, and deliver your outputs.

Data residency & transfers

Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the EU. Some service providers may process data outside the EU. Where that happens, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other safeguards required under GDPR.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and Romanian data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”) — available under Settings → Privacy.
• Portability — download a machine-readable copy of your data under Settings → Privacy.
• Opt out of AI training data sharing under Settings → Privacy.
• Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time.
