About DigitalGrow Studio

DigitalGrow Studio is an AI-powered creative suite operated from Bucharest, Romania. We provide tools for generating product photoshoots, UGC-style videos, and creative briefs using artificial intelligence.

Account terms

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use DigitalGrow Studio to generate content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or not safe for work (NSFW).
• Impersonates real individuals without authorization.
• Depicts the faces of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals without consent.
• Violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Promotes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.

Content ownership

• Your inputs: You retain ownership of the product photos, brand assets, and other materials you upload.
• AI-generated outputs: You own the images, videos, and copy generated by the service using your inputs. However, AI-generated works may not be eligible for copyright protection under current EU or US law.
• Preset content: Pre-built avatars, templates, hooks from the curated library, and system assets remain property of DigitalGrow Studio or their respective licensors.

Refund policy

• First paid month: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge, provided fewer than 25% of the monthly credits have been used.
• Credit top-ups: Top-ups are non-refundable after any credits from the purchased pack have been consumed.
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Limitation of liability

DigitalGrow Studio is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalGrow Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucharest, Romania.
